I am a Fitness & Nutrition Coach and my mission is to help women break free from the handcuffs diet culture has kept them in by finding food freedom and building strength!
The first five years of my fitness journey felt MISERABLE. I was pendulum swinging from extreme to the next which resulted in a horrible relationship with food (+ myself) and obsessive thoughts about food and my body image. I was trapped in the restrict / overindulge / feel guilty cycle for years. Food and body image occupied most of my mental space, leaving little room for any other thoughts. Food was the absolute enemy.
I eventually learned how to rewire the negative thoughts about food and focused on how I could build my body UP vs constantly trying to break it down. Once I started eating for fuel and learned how to eat for fun, food completely lost its power over me and that's my exact goal for you :)
